THE LOSSES WE HELP YOU NAVIGATE
Every shipment carries
more than cargo.
Inventory. Commitments. Cash flow.
When goods arrive damaged—or don’t arrive at all—we help bring structure to the claim.

Across oceans.

Wet cargo, container damage, contamination and shortages in ocean transit.

Impact & handling damage
Crushed freight, shifted loads and damaged machinery.
Temperature & spoilage
Refrigeration failures and disputed temperature records.
Theft & shortages
Missing inventory, broken seals and incomplete deliveries.
Claim eligibility depends on the policy, cause of loss, evidence and applicable jurisdiction. Listing a loss type does not establish coverage.

A well-supported claim.
YOUR BUSINESS. YOUR REPRESENTATION.
Put an advocate
on your side
of the claim.
A cargo loss can mean a maze of shipping records, inspections and policy questions. A public adjuster helps turn those moving parts into a documented insurance claim.
Our role is to represent the insured cargo owner: establish what happened, substantiate the loss and present the claim to the insurer.

A CLEAR PATH FORWARD
From disruption
to a documented claim.
New claim, slow response or a disputed offer?
Start with the facts. Build from the evidence.
- 01 ↘
Review the situation.
We examine the policy, shipment details, loss circumstances and the status of any insurance or carrier claim.
- 02 ↘
Build the evidence.
Organize the shipping records, damage photographs, inspection findings and valuation support the claim needs.
- 03 ↘
Present the loss.
Prepare a clear claim submission and address questions about cause, condition, value and policy requirements.
- 04 ↗
Pursue a resolution.
Communicate with the insurer and negotiate the documented claim within the policy and our agreed authority.
ONE LOSS. DIFFERENT CLAIM PATHS.
Cargo insurance and
carrier liability are different.
Your own cargo policy and a claim against a transportation company may both matter. They can have different notice requirements, limits and exclusions.
We start by identifying the insurance relationship. Carrier disputes or legal proceedings may require separate assistance.

Questions
after a cargo loss.
Start here. Every claim still needs
its own policy and fact review.
Who is this service for?+
Businesses with an insured financial interest in commercial goods, including importers, exporters, manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and retailers. The first review identifies the policyholder, the cargo interest and whether the loss fits the service. This site focuses on commercial cargo rather than consumer parcel tracking.
Is the carrier’s insurance the same as my cargo insurance?+
No. A carrier may have liability protection, but its responsibility to you can be limited by the transportation contract and applicable law. Your own cargo insurance is a separate contract. Both avenues may need prompt attention; do not assume one notice satisfies the other.
Can you help if a claim was denied or underpaid?+
A review can examine the insurer’s stated reasons, policy wording, loss evidence and valuation. Additional documentation may help explain disputed issues. Whether a claim can be challenged or supplemented depends on its facts, deadlines and prior settlement terms; a different result is not guaranteed.
What if I discovered the damage after delivery?+
Document when and how you found it, preserve packaging and handling records, and promptly notify the relevant parties. A clean delivery receipt can complicate proof, but it does not by itself answer every coverage or liability question. Concealed-damage requirements vary.
Is this called “allied lines” insurance?+
For cargo, the more useful terms are marine cargo, inland marine and goods-in-transit coverage. “Allied lines” generally refers to property-related coverages and is not a precise name for cargo insurance. The policy wording determines what actually applies to your shipment.
How are fees and representation agreed?+
Scope, availability, fees and any applicable licensing requirements must be reviewed before an engagement is accepted. The written agreement explains the terms. Preparing a summary on this site does not hire an adjuster, notify an insurer or file a claim.
Do I still need a marine surveyor or an attorney?+
A surveyor may provide technical inspection and causation findings. A public adjuster prepares and presents the insured’s insurance claim. An attorney may be needed for legal disputes or litigation. These roles can complement each other; the appropriate team depends on the loss.
